The Founder
Richard Sithi has solid experience in labour and commercial law spanning over 15 years. Apart from being an attorney, Richard has practical corporate experience, having worked as a Senior Legal Advisor for an employer organisation and Corporate Services Executive for a blue chip company, amongst others.
His qualifications include B.Admin, LLB, LLM (specialising in labour law)
Richard is currently a CCMA part time Commissioner.
